Enrichment Classes
Enrichment Classes offer a variety of optional after school programs to complement our curriculum. Classes will be offered in Fall, Winter, and Spring sessions.
Lunch Bunch
11:30 AM-12:30 PM, Wednesday
(Open to 3s and 3-4s AM classes)
Lunch Bunch is a once a week program provided for those who would like their children to share lunchtime with their peers in a safe, friendly surrounding. Children bring their own lunches and drinks to school and eat in the lunch room where they socialize with friends and listen to a story while they eat. Each session includes a period of supervised physical recreation in the outdoor playground or, in inclement weather, in the inside play space.
Making Art Together
11:30 AM-12:30 PM, Thursday
(Open to 3s and 3-4s AM classes)
This program focuses on “process art,” which engages children in experimentation and develops a sense of wonder and play. Children are encouraged to value their own ideas, discover their capabilities and the joy of creating. Students will be introduced to a variety of art materials and processes, as well as develop a visual language.
Teaching artist Amiee Mower Lally was a prior Morrow parent. She has been teaching art to children as well as adults for the past 15 years. She has taught and curated exhibitions for the Guggenheim Museum and the Queens Museum of Art.
Little Apple Arts at Morrow

Led by Broadway actor and local parent Becky (Gulsvig) Fisher, children will be introduced to basic theatre knowledge and skills in a fun, magical blend of games, songs, movement, guided dialogue, and creative play. This fall we'll explore Storybook Theatre by jumping into the world of Mo Willems! Get ready to laugh, move, and imagine alongside characters like Elephant & Piggie and The Pigeon! We'll wrap up each session with a short, heartwarming presentation for families to enjoy and celebrate their child's theatrical journey.
Art Explorers with Oh! Canary
2:00-3:00 PM, Tuesday
(Open to 3-4s Full Day, Pre-K 4s, & KinderBridge Classes)
This class is all about the process of making! Our young artists will explore a plethora of terrific materials. Printing, drawing, painting, sculpting, cutting and gluing - all of these materials and processes will fold into our curriculum over the course of a season. Through open-ended art explorations, children will find joy in the artistic process and learn that their physical actions have visual consequences.
First Kicks Soccer at Morrow
2:00-3:00 PM, Monday
(Open to 3s, all 3-4s, Pre-K 4s, & KinderBridge Classes)
Designed exclusively for children ages 3–6, our program takes a creative and play-based approach to learning the game in a safe and supportive environment.
Coach Nate brings energy and encouragement to every class, helping little ones build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills. Each child works with their own ball throughout the session while learning to dribble, pass, change direction, and control the ball through exciting, game-like activities.
In Tune at Morrow
2:00-3:00 PM, Thursday
(Open to 3s, all 3-4s, Pre-K 4s, & KinderBridge Classes)
Children will dive into the world of music through fun-filled games and interactive adventures that make learning rhythm, melody, and creativity an unforgettable experience! As we explore music theory together, children bring each concept to life by connecting it with real instruments.
Everyone will have the chance to discover a variety of instruments while developing a solid foundation in music theory from the very start of their musical journey.
